Luxurious Oceanfront Villa in West Bay, Grand Cayman!

Located in the Villas Pappagallo complex, this 3 bedroom unit is located on a private, white sand beach on the northern tip of the island. Situated directly across the street from Ristorante Pappagallo, our villa is located about 20 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the capital, George Town.

A modern grocery store is just a short drive away. A variety of fine restaurants and many water-sport facilities are also close by.  There is incredible snorkeling virtually at your front door at Villas Pappagallo.

Villa #36 has a ground floor entrance to the two-story 2700 sq. ft. corner unit. Every one of the 3 spacious bedrooms has a full balcony overlooking the ocean.  There are palm trees for shade, and a beautiful pool at your disposal.  Toddlers will also enjoy the kiddie pool on site. This area has a true island feeling!

The villa is decorated to reflect the island spirit.  We have been told repeatedly by guests that they are delighted with the amenities.

When you enter the villa you will find a large double living area, a bathroom, a dining room, and a fully equipped, modern kitchen on the first floor.  There are 3 bedrooms upstairs.  The master suite has a king size bed and large en-suite bathroom, the first guest bedroom also contains a king size bed, and the second guest bedroom contains 2 twin beds that can be converted into a king size bed if desired. Both guest rooms share a hallway bathroom.

The villa is equipped with satellite TV in the Master bedroom and living area.  Each bathroom has a hairdryer and a full complement of towels.

A commercial full size washer and dryer occupy the laundry area.  There is Wi-fi Internet access, FREE phone calls to the US and Canada, as well as a collection of books and games for your enjoyment. We also have rafts, sand toys, beach chairs, and beach towels available for your use.
